End User License Agreement

For the purposes of this Agreement:

• “Software” means the Copper Goose Tech application, program, or code provided under this license, including any updates, patches, or modifications.
• “License Key” means the unique code issued by Copper Goose Tech that enables authorized use of the Software.
• “User” or “You” means the individual or entity installing, accessing, or using the Software under this Agreement.
• “Copper Goose Tech” or “We” means Copper Goose Tech, its affiliates, and authorized agents.
• “Support” means any technical assistance, updates, or maintenance services that Copper Goose Tech may provide at its discretion.
• “Agreement” or “EULA” means this End User License Agreement, including all clauses and conditions herein.

License keys issued by Copper Goose Tech may not be distributed, sold, sublicensed, or otherwise transferred by any person, organization, or their agents without prior written permission from Copper Goose Tech.

Unauthorized modification, decompilation, disassembly, or reverse engineering of the Software, in whole or in part, without prior written permission from Copper Goose Tech is strictly prohibited.

This Software is provided “as is” without any warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. You use it at your own risk. Copper Goose Tech and its agents shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to:

• loss or inaccuracy of data,
• interruption of use,
• costs of procuring substitute technology, goods, or services,
• or any other direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

You may not use this Software for any illegal, fraudulent, infringing, harmful, or offensive activity.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Copper Goose Tech’s total liability arising out of or related to this Agreement or the use of the Software shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the license. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise.

By installing or using this Software, you acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions of this license. If you do not agree, you must discontinue installation and use. Copper Goose Tech reserves all rights not expressly granted herein and may terminate this license immediately if you fail to comply with these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and uninstall it from your devices.

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country or jurisdiction in which you reside. Where local law does not permit such application, this EULA shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Copper Goose Tech is headquartered.

If any provision of this EULA is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid one that most closely reflects the original intent.

This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and Copper Goose Tech regarding the Software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings, communications, or agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.

All license fees and charges are nonrefundable, except where required by applicable law. By purchasing a license, you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to a refund or credit once the license key has been issued, unless otherwise mandated by consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction.

Copper Goose Tech reserves the right to update, modify, or replace this EULA at any time. Any changes will be effective upon publication or notification to you. Continued use of the Software after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Copper Goose Tech may, at its discretion, provide technical support, updates, or maintenance services for the Software.

• Scope of Support: Support is limited to issues directly related to the functionality of the Software as provided. Copper Goose Tech is not responsible for problems caused by unauthorized modifications, third-party integrations, or hardware or software incompatibility.
• Availability: Support is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis and may be subject to limitations of time zones, languages, and resources.
• Updates: Copper Goose Tech may release updates, patches, or new versions of the Software. You may be required to install such updates to continue using the Software.
• No Guarantee: Copper Goose Tech does not guarantee that support will resolve all issues or that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Copper Goose Tech respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data.

• Data Collection: The Software may collect limited technical information necessary for functionality, updates, or licensing verification.
• Use of Data: Any data collected will be used solely for legitimate purposes such as improving the Software, providing support, and ensuring compliance with license terms.
• Third Parties: Copper Goose Tech will not sell or share your personal data with unauthorized third parties. Data may be shared only with trusted service providers who assist in delivering the Software or support services, subject to strict confidentiality obligations.
• Legal Compliance: Copper Goose Tech will comply with applicable data protection laws, including but not limited to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK Data Protection Act, and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
• Your Rights: Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data. Requests can be made through the contact details above.
• Security: Copper Goose Tech implements reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

Copper Goose Tech may terminate this license immediately if you:

• breach any provision of this Agreement,
• engage in unauthorized distribution, modification, or reverse engineering of the Software,
• use the Software for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes,
• fail to pay applicable license fees (if any).

Upon termination, you must:

• cease all use of the Software,
• uninstall and delete all copies from your devices,
• destroy any related documentation or materials.

Termination does not limit Copper Goose Tech’s right to pursue other remedies available under law.

The following provisions shall survive termination or expiration of this Agreement:

• Governing Law and Jurisdiction (Section 5)
• Severability (Section 6)
• Entire Agreement (Section 7)
• Refund Policy (Section 8)
• Changes to Terms (Section 9)
• Data Protection & Privacy (Section 12)
• Limitation of Liability (Section 3)

These sections remain enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law, regardless of termination of your license.
