Terms of Use

These terms

These terms apply when you use coppergoosetech.com or software published by Copper Goose Tech, including Copper Goose Network Monitor and NetDiagnose. By using them you agree to these terms.

The software

Our software is licensed, not sold. Each product’s use — what its licence allows, refunds, the limits of our liability and the law that applies — is set out in the licence agreement supplied with it, which you accept when you install it. For Copper Goose Network Monitor that is its End User License Agreement. Where this page and a product’s licence agreement differ, the licence agreement applies.

Connecting Microsoft and AWS accounts

NetDiagnose can monitor an organisation’s Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 or AWS account. It connects only after an administrator of that organisation signs in and approves it. When they do, it sets up its own read-only access in the organisation’s account; from then on it only reads status, alerts and costs, and changes nothing there.

What it reads stays on the computers where you run NetDiagnose; it is not sent to Copper Goose Tech. An administrator can remove its access at any time, for example by deleting its application from the organisation’s Microsoft Entra ID, or its user from AWS.

Fair use

Please use our software and website lawfully, and only on networks and accounts you are responsible for or have permission to monitor.

Your information
