Copper Goose Tech collects only the information needed to provide and support its software. We do not sell or share your information, and the app contains no advertising or tracking.

Everything the app measures — your speeds, data usage and history — stays on your PC. It contacts coppergoosetech.com only to check for updates, confirm a free trial and restore your license key. For that it sends your PC’s machine code, a number that identifies the computer, not you. To test your connection it also reaches common internet services such as Cloudflare and Google; those requests carry no personal information.

When you buy, we keep your email address, your PC’s machine code and your license key, so we can email you the key and send it again if you lose it. Payments are processed securely by Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider. Your card details go directly to them and are never seen or stored by us.

The site uses one short-lived cookie during checkout, and counts page visits anonymously without cookies.

Your information is stored securely with the trusted providers that run our website, email and payments, and is used only for that. We will never share it with anyone else, unless required by law.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing support@coppergoosetech.com. Please note that once your purchase record is deleted, we can no longer resend your license key.
